He affected her driving technique and built her confidence. She passed first time thanks entirely to his skill and patience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard Jordan got my daughter through her test within three months.
She’d previously been struggling with her existing driving instructor and hated getting behind the wheel. Richard worked with her to get her confidence back and it worked !! Great experience. We’d recommend Richard and Excel in a heartbeat !!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience learning to driving with Franco. Very calm and supportive approach. Very Knowledgeable. Encourages and gives you space for independent thinking. Helped me a lot at understanding and navigating multiple lanes, which lanes to take on big roundabouts and meeting traffic situations.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Richard from Excel. Passed today first time with only 2 faults after it being just over 4 months since my Birthday. Richard pushed me out of my comfort zone whilst being very patient if i was making multiple mistakes. Definitely the best instructor/driving school in the Hinckley area.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard is an excellent instructor, very friendly and he puts you at ease. In a league of his own, no instructor is as thorough and placid as him, all round fantastic instructor who is exceptional at what he does.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard @ Excel has been fabulous. Having started with a different instructor who let us down far too often Rich has been amazing. He filled our son with confidence (which he was seriously lacking) and he came on so fast. First time pass with lessons to spare!. The way the students can book and manage lessons on the app is really handy. 100% recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excel is fantastic. Passed 2nd time with Aneka in an automatic. As a very anxious person I was certain that I wasn't going to ever pass but Aneka helped me to build my confidence and help me pass. Would 100% recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Richard - my daughter passed first time after only 15 hours of lessons. She was highly complementary - no mean feat from a teenager! He instilled her with lots of confidence and she throughly enjoyed her lessons.
